We guarantee the lowest rates! Examples of rates are listed below: Residential loans under 417,000.00 are referred to as conforming, and over that amount are considered jumbo. Buildings with 2-4 units allow a higher loan amounts will still be considered conforming. The loan amount for a building with more than 4 units will be considered a commercial property.

This is just a sample of the types of loans available- we have all types of loan programs, including interest only loans.
